The Disability Report Card is Canada's first-ever comprehensive summary of physical activity data for children and adolescents with disabilities. This Disability Report Card resource suite presents several resources that highlight Canada’s grades and the grading process, as well as recommendations to improve the accessibility and inclusivity of physical activity experiences for children and adolescents with disabilities. 

1) The Canadian Physical Activity Report Card for Children and Adolescents with Disabilities Infographic is a succinct one-page resource, containing basic information about the report card, the grades, and how to improve the quantity and quality of physical activity experiences for children and adolescents with disabilities moving forward. The infographic is a useful tool that acts as a quick reference for disability and physical activity organizations, educators, and professionals.

2) The Call to Action Card for Disability and Physical Activity Organizations is a short visual resource that highlights key actions that organizations in the sport and recreation sector can take at the setting and program level to help foster change in the surveillance and promotion of physical activity among children and adolescents with disabilities.

3) The Call to Action Card for Parents of Children and Adolescents with Disabilities is a short visual resource highlighting how and why parents' participation and advocacy are needed to foster change in physical activity in the surveillance and promotion of physical activity among children and adolescents with disabilities.

4) The Disability Report Card Knowledge Translation Bulletin summarizes the Full Expert Appraisal of the Report Card including the report card grading process, grading indicators, benchmarks and grades, the data gaps, and highlights formal recommendations.
