Did you know that this coming Monday, April 6th is the annual World Day for Physical Activity? The day where everyone on our dear planet earth is encouraged to be active for at least 30 minutes.

To do our part to get the world sitting less and moving more, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are encouraging all Canadians to participate by tracking 30 minutes of physical activity on the ParticipACTION app for your chance to win one of five Fitbits!

But wait there’s more! You can also participate by following us on social media! Share a picture of you being active on April 6th, tagging @ParticipACTION and using the hashtag #WorldDayforPhysicalActivity for your chance at the prize!
